Victoria Coyle, CEO of Meals on Wheels of Greater Lehigh Valley, discusses all the work and organizing that it takes to plan, prep, cook and deliver healthy, hot meals to seniors every day, while also catering to each person’s individual dietary needs. She breaks down the importance of these deliveries beyond the nutrition aspect, as the deliveries can often be a senior’s only interaction with anyone for the day.
